Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium has a score of 82.2, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A70's 76.9 score. Even being the best phone in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also older, way heavier and noticeably thicker. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much better looking screen than Galaxy A70, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and much more pixels per inch of screen.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A70. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Samsung Galaxy A70 counts with a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory.
Galaxy A70 has improved battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3540mAh. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A70. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia XZ2 Premium, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy A70, letting go a couple features and specs.
