Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note5's score of 80.2. Even though the Xperia XZ2 Premium is incredibly newer than Galaxy Note5, it's much thicker and extremely heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has more RAM.
Xperia XZ2 Premium features an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Note5, because it has a lot higher 2160 x 3840 resolution, a higher pixels number per inch of display and a bit bigger display. Xperia XZ2 Premium has a bit better camera than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a better resolution camera, a bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in poorly lited situations.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a superior memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features improved battery lifetime than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3540mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
