Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than Galaxy S5 Plus, with a score of 82.2 against 78.1. Even though the Xperia XZ2 Premium is incredibly newer than Galaxy S5 Plus, it is notably thicker and noticeably heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a quite larger screen, a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 and much more pixels per screen inch. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has longer battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 3540mAh battery capacity.
