Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, having an 85.7 score against 82.2. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge body is extremely lighter and a lot thinner than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better performance than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processor and an additional GPU.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a quite bigger screen, a much higher 2160 x 3840px resolution and a higher screen density. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a lot better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a larger camera aperture, a larger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much better battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3540mAh battery capacity.
