Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a general score of 82.2, which is slightly better than TCL 20 Pro 5G's 76.1 general score. Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better phone than TCL 20 Pro 5G, it must be told that it is also a lot older, extremely thicker and somewhat heavier. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much sharper display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution and a way better count of pixels per inch of screen.
Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a little better performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The TCL 20 Pro 5G has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
TCL 20 Pro 5G takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same video frame rates and a F1.8 aperture, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a bigger camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality and a lot more MP back facing camera.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with improved battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 27 percent greater battery capacity.
