Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 6, having a global score of 82.2 against 76.5. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's body is newer, but way heavier and noticeably thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 6. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 6. They have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a brighter display, a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution, a lot higher display pixel density and a bit larger display. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 400 GB.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 3540mAh battery size. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium takes a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a back camera with lot more mega pixels and a lot bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi 6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Xiaomi Mi 6, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
