Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ2 Premium, with an 83.8 score against 82.2. Although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 and Xperia XZ2 Premium were released only a couple months apart, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is thinner and a bit lighter. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's CPU is very similar to the processor in Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xperia XZ2 Premium has a lot better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 2160 x 3840 resolution, more screen brightness and a lot higher count of pixels per inch in the screen. Xperia XZ2 Premium shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution and a same size diafragm aperture, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a bigger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos and a much better 19 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity.
