Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a general score of 82.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's 78.3 score. The Xperia XZ2 Premium construction is incredibly older, incredibly heavier and way thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little bit opaque display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and a lot higher display density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has more RAM memory.
Xperia XZ2 Premium has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, although it has a lot worse 19 mega pixels resolution back camera and a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality pictures, they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a superior battery lifetime than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, giving up a couple specs and features.
