Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting an 82.2 score against 75.8. Although it's the best we compare here, Xperia XZ2 Premium's construction is a lot heavier and much thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater display density and a much higher 2160 x 3840 resolution.
Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a lot higher resolution camera, a much better 3840x2160 video quality and a larger camera aperture.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 400 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has just a little better battery life than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3540mAh.
