The iPhone 6s Plus is slightly better than Xperia XZs, getting a overall score of 84.2 against 77.2. IPhone 6s Plus's design is a little thinner than Xperia XZs, but it's somewhat heavier and was released about 19 months before. The iPhone 6s Plus features a much better looking display than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a just a little worse pixels density, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the iPhone 6s Plus also counts with a quite larger screen.
The iPhone 6s Plus features just a bit better performance than Xperia XZs, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and a GPU. Sony Xperia XZs features a lot better camera than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XZs also has a lot larger sensor, a back-facing camera with much more MP, a larger aperture for better low light images and videos and better 960 fps video frame rate.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus features more storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
