Comparison review
Apple iPhone 8 Plus is much better than the Xperia XZs, getting an 87.1 score against 77.2. Apple iPhone 8 Plus's body is just a little bit thinner but a lot heavier than Xperia XZs, and both were released with only a couple months difference. IPhone 8 Plus features a superior performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a 64 bits processing unit.
The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a slightly better screen than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit worse display pixel density, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920px resolution, the iPhone 8 Plus also counts with a little bit bigger screen. The iPhone 8 Plus has a very superior storage for games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Xperia XZs features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because it has an 8 percent bigger battery capacity. The Xperia XZs features a greater camera than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZs also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor taking much better quality photographs, a camera in the back with a lot better 19 megapixels resolution and higher 960 frames per second video frame rate.
IPhone 8 Plus is more expensive than the Xperia XZs, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
