The Asus ROG Phone 8 has an overall score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Xperia XZs's 77.2 score. Asus ROG Phone 8's construction is incredibly newer, but heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Xperia XZs. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better looking screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a lot bigger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. Xperia XZs features a much more powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM.
The Sony Xperia XZs features a slightly better camera than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a much worse video resolution, a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos, a way smaller camera sensor and a back-facing camera with lot less MP resolution. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZs, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
