The Huawei Mate 20 has a global score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia XZs's 77.2 overall score. Even though Huawei Mate 20 is newer than the Sony Xperia XZs, it's heavier and just a little thicker. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little sharper screen than Xperia XZs, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2244 resolution and a bigger screen.
The Huawei Mate 20 counts with just a little better processing power than Xperia XZs, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a larger number of cores (and also faster). Huawei Mate 20 has a bigger storage to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a much longer battery duration than Xperia XZs, because it has a 38% more battery capacity.
