Huawei Mate 20 Pro is slightly better than Xperia XZs, getting an 82.9 score against 77.2. Although the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is newer than the Xperia XZs, it is somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a slightly better screen than Xperia XZs, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a lot higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and a larger display.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has just a little better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and 4 more cores.
