The Xperia XZs is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with a general score of 77.2 against 77. Xperia XZs is a way older and a little thicker phone than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, but Sony made it a little lighter anyway. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a much better screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a just a bit worse pixel number in each inch of screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger screen.
Xperia XZs has a much powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and lesser RAM memory. The Sony Xperia XZs takes slightly better videos and photos than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has a much worse resolution camera in the back, a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low-light images and videos, a much smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing lot worse quality videos and pictures and a lower video resolution.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZs, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a superior battery duration than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 72 percent bigger battery size.
