The Xperia XZs is a bit better than OnePlus 7T Pro, getting a 77.2 score against 75.8. Xperia XZs's design is a lot lighter and just a little thinner than OnePlus 7T Pro, even though it was released 3 years before. The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a little bit better looking display than Xperia XZs, because it has a bit higher quantity of pixels in each inch of screen, a way better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a larger display.
The OnePlus 7T Pro has a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). Sony Xperia XZs shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than OnePlus 7T Pro, although it has a tinier sensor which provides a worse image and video quality, a lot lower resolution back facing camera, a tinier aperture and a lower 3840x2160 video quality.
The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. OnePlus 7T Pro has a much better battery lifetime than Xperia XZs, because it has a 41% more battery size.
Although Sony Xperia XZs is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 7T Pro. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZs, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the OnePlus 7T Pro, letting go some specs and features.
