OnePlus 8 Pro has a score of 77.2, which is slightly better than the Xperia XZs's 77.2 global score. OnePlus 8 Pro's construction is way newer than Xperia XZs's, although it is just a little thicker and heavier. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a bit better processing unit than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 4 more cpu cores.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a sharper display than Xperia XZs, because it has a bit greater screen pixel density, a really bigger display and a lot higher 1440 x 3168 resolution. Xperia XZs takes slightly better videos and photos than OnePlus 8 Pro, although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a lot tinier sensor taking less light and duller colors, a lot worse 19 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and/or video in poorly lited environments.
OnePlus 8 Pro features more storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a way better battery performance than Xperia XZs, because it has a 4510mAh battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a little more money than Xperia XZs, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia XZs. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the OnePlus 8 Pro, else you can save some money and buy the Xperia XZs, giving up a couple specs and features.
