Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is a bit better than the Xperia XZs, with a 79.6 score against 77.2. The Galaxy A40 is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it is also lighter and just a bit thinner than Xperia XZs. The Xperia XZs features just a bit better performance than Galaxy A40, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy A40 has a bit sharper screen than Xperia XZs, because it has a bit larger display, a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a just a bit better pixels count per inch in the display. The Galaxy A40 has a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia XZs, because it has 32 GB more internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Xperia XZs has a greater camera than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a bigger sensor which offers a better image and video quality, a more mega-pixels back camera and a lot higher video definition.
The Galaxy A40 counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia XZs, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.
