The Galaxy Note3 has an overall score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZs's overall score of 77.2. The Galaxy Note3 design is older, a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker than Sony Xperia XZs. Sony Xperia XZs counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Sony Xperia XZs also counts with a bit greater pixels amount in each inch in the screen.
Galaxy Note3 has a little bit better storage for apps and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 64 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
