Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is a lot better than Xperia XZs's 77.2 score. The Galaxy S20 is a notably newer and a little thinner cellphone than Xperia XZs, although it's a little bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit more vivid display than Xperia XZs, because it has a higher pixel count per display inch, a much higher 1440 x 3200px resolution and a bigger screen.
The Galaxy S20 has a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZs, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 4 more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM.
Galaxy S20 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Xperia XZs takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a smaller aperture and a lot smaller back camera sensor giving a lot worse image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZs also counts with faster video frame rates and a back facing camera with a way better 19 mega pixels resolution.
