Galaxy S22 Ultra is way better than the Sony Xperia XZs, getting a 95.4 score against 77.2. Even though Galaxy S22 Ultra is incredibly newer than Sony Xperia XZs, it is incredibly heavier and just a bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a bit better processor than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a greater number of cores and 4 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a much sharper display than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen, a way higher 1440 x 3088 resolution and a way larger screen.
