Samsung Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia XZs's 77.2 general score. Samsung Galaxy S25 is a way thinner and a lot lighter cellphone than Sony Xperia XZs. The Xperia XZs counts with a much greater processing power than Galaxy S25, although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S25 has a brighter screen than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Sony Xperia XZs captures clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has a lot smaller back camera sensor providing a much lower image quality, a camera with lot less mega-pixels resolution, a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low light photos and videos and a much lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy S25 has a greater storage for apps and games than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a really longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZs, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 costs a little more money than the Sony Xperia XZs, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
