Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active has an overall score of 80.9, which is a little bit better than the Xperia XZs's score of 77.2. Galaxy S6 Active's construction is just a bit thicker but incredibly lighter than Xperia XZs. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a much sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a greater display density.
Sony Xperia XZs counts with a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active. They have the same internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S6 Active has a better performing processing unit than Xperia XZs, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU, 4 more cores and a graphics processor.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has better battery duration than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity. The Xperia XZs takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZs also counts with a back facing camera with a better 19 MP resolution and a larger sensor.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Galaxy S6 Active is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
