Galaxy S7 is slightly better than the Xperia XZs, getting a 79.5 score against 77.2. The Galaxy S7 body is a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xperia XZs, despite of the fact that it was released only 13 months before. The Galaxy S7 has a processing unit that's very similar to the Xperia XZs one, they have 4 cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a brighter display than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. The Xperia XZs counts with a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S7, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZs also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S7 features just a little better battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 2900mAh. Xperia XZs has a much better camera than Galaxy S7, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low-light captures, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZs also counts with better 960 frames per second video frame rates, a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a lot higher 19 MP resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S7 not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other devices, which makes it an obvious call.
