Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a bit better than the Xperia XZs, with an 80.1 score against 77.2. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro body is notably newer, but way thicker and extremely heavier than Xperia XZs. Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a little bit better looking display than Xperia XZs, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel number in each display inch and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little bit better hardware performance than Xperia XZs, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB and more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a very superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. Xperia XZs captures way better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a much smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light photography, it also counts with a much higher 19 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, a larger sensor and a lot better video definition.
Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia XZs, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Sony Xperia XZs. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Sony Xperia XZs, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
