Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZs's 77.2 overall score. Even though the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and the Sony Xperia XZs were only released 2 months apart, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 design is heavier but a bit thinner than the Sony Xperia XZs. Xperia XZs has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xperia XZs also counts with a just a bit better display pixels density.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much greater storage to install applications and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a bit more powerful processor than Sony Xperia XZs, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has more processing cores (although they are slower).
Xperia XZs captures way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZs also has a back facing camera with way more MP, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to capture better captures and video in low-light situations and faster 960 fps video frame rate.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a really longer battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has an 83 percent bigger battery capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is not only the best devices of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
