Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZs is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a 77.2 score against 76.6. Sony Xperia XZs's construction is lighter and a bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even though it was released many years before. Sony Xperia XZs counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater display density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has an external memory slot that supports 128 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a superior battery life than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. Xperia XZs captures much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a smaller sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, a back camera with lot less mega-pixels and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking photos or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video definition.
Although Xperia XZs is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xperia XZs, else you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, letting go a couple features and specs.
