The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a bit more vivid display than Xperia Z, because although it has a little inferior pixels quantity per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1920 x 1440 and a little bit larger screen. Samsung Galaxy S5 has a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
