The Motorola Moto G7 is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z Ultra, having a global score of 75.2 against 68.7. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Motorola Moto G7 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Sony Xperia Z Ultra has Android 4.4 version, providing a couple nice extra features. Motorola Moto G7's design is way newer and lighter, but also thicker than Sony Xperia Z Ultra.

Moto G7 features a much better camera than Sony Xperia Z Ultra, because it has a camera in the back with lot more megapixels and a way higher video resolution. The Motorola Moto G7 features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z Ultra, because it has 48 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that supports up to 512 GB.
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra features just a bit better battery duration than Moto G7, because it has a 3050mAh battery capacity.
