Both of these devices have Android operating system, but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z1 has Android 4.4.4 version.

The LG G7 ThinQ features a little bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a much higher 1440 x 3120px resolution, more pixels per screen inch and a bigger display. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xperia Z1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and also faster).

The LG G7 ThinQ features a better camera than Sony Xperia Z1, because although it has a camera with a much worse 16 megapixels resolution and a lot tinier camera sensor taking way lower quality videos and pictures, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture for better images in low-light environments.

The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal storage capacity. LG G7 ThinQ has a battery performance that's very similar to Xperia Z1's battery life.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the LG G7 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to others.
