The Moto G84 is much better than the Sony Xperia Z1, getting an 80.9 score against 72.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Moto G84 has older 13 version while Sony Xperia Z1 has Android 4.4.4 version. Moto G84 is a much newer cellphone, and it is also extremely lighter and somewhat thinner than Sony Xperia Z1.
The Xperia Z1 has an extremely better CPU than Moto G84, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Xperia Z1 has a little more vivid display than Motorola Moto G84, because although it has a way smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a quite greater display density.
The Moto G84 takes way better videos and photos than Sony Xperia Z1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Moto G84 also has a bigger aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited situations, a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels and a much larger back-facing camera sensor.
The Moto G84 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola Moto G84 features a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia Z1, because it has a 67 percent more battery capacity.
