Comparison review

The Motorola One Zoom is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z1, with a global score of 80 against 72.8. Motorola One Zoom is a extremely newer phone than the Sony Xperia Z1, although it is somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Xperia Z1 has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory and less processing cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.

Xperia Z1 counts with a sharper display than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch. The Motorola One Zoom takes much better videos and photos than Xperia Z1, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution, a bigger aperture for better photos in low-light situations, a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures and videos.

The Motorola One Zoom features a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 128 GB and 128 GB internal memory. The Motorola One Zoom counts with longer battery duration than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a 33% larger battery size.

Although Motorola One Zoom is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola One Zoom, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xperia Z1, giving up a couple features and specs.
