Comparison review

The Galaxy Note3 is just a bit better than Xperia Z1, having a score of 77.7 against 72.8. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note3 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Xperia Z1 has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy Note3's design is a little bit thinner but a bit heavier than the Xperia Z1, and they were only released 1 months apart.

The Xperia Z1 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Xperia Z1 also counts with a quite better display density. Galaxy Note3 counts with a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z1, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 64 GB, the Galaxy Note3 also has 64 GB internal storage.

Sony Xperia Z1 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia Z1 also counts with a graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Note3 features just a bit better camera than Xperia Z1, because although it has a lot worse 13 mega pixels resolution back camera, a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low light images and video and a lot smaller camera sensor taking way worse quality videos and photos, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 video quality.

Galaxy Note3 has a bit superior battery performance than Xperia Z1, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
