Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.4, which is much better than the Xperia Z1's 72.8 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version and Xperia Z1 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy S6 construction is newer, much thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xperia Z1.
The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has more cores (although slower), a 64 bits processing unit, more RAM memory and a better 650 MHz GPU. Galaxy S6 features a little sharper display than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a little bigger screen and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z1, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia Z1 features a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S6 captures better videos and photos than Xperia Z1, because although it has a way less MP camera in the back and a tinier sensor, it also counts with a way higher (4K) video definition and a larger camera aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a bit more money than the Sony Xperia Z1, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
