Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.3, which is much better than the Sony Xperia Z1's 72.8 global score. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z1 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy S6 design is newer, incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter than the Sony Xperia Z1.
The Galaxy S6 has a little better processing power than Xperia Z1, because it has a better graphics co-processor running at 650 MHz, a larger amount of RAM memory, 4 more processing cores and a 64 bits processing unit. The Galaxy S6 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Xperia Z1, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a higher pixels amount per inch of screen and a little bit bigger screen.
The Galaxy S6 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Xperia Z1, because although it has a much less mega pixels camera in the back and a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality photos and videos, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited environments.
Galaxy S6 has a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Sony Xperia Z1 has just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S6, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.
Galaxy S6 costs a little more than Xperia Z1, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
