Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is much better than the Sony Xperia Z1's score of 72.8. The Xperia XZ2 Premium construction is incredibly newer, but way thicker and incredibly heavier than the Sony Xperia Z1. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a more vivid screen than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has a larger display, a lot better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a way better number of pixels per inch of display.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little better hardware performance than Xperia Z1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with greater battery performance than Sony Xperia Z1, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium captures better pictures and videos than Xperia Z1, because although it has a worse 19 mega pixels resolution camera, and they both have the same sensor size, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a larger camera aperture for better images and video in low-light situations and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
