Google Pixel is much better than the Xperia Z2, having a overall score of 80.2 against 72.9. Google Pixel's construction is a lot newer and somewhat lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Xperia Z2. The Sony Xperia Z2 has a little sharper screen than Google Pixel, because although it has a quite worse display pixels density, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080px resolution, the Sony Xperia Z2 also counts with a little bit bigger display.
Google Pixel counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z2, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Xperia Z2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Xperia Z2 also counts with an extra graphics processor.
The Google Pixel shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia Z2, although it has a much less mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, they both have a same size back camera sensor and a same size aperture. Sony Xperia Z2 has longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel, because it has a 3200mAh battery size instead of 2770mAh.
