Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 is much better than the Xperia Z2, having an 84 score against 72.9. Even though the Huawei Mate 30 is noticeably newer than the Xperia Z2, it is just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 has the previous 10 version and Xperia Z2 has Android 4.4.4 version.
Huawei Mate 30 features a little faster CPU than Sony Xperia Z2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores. Sony Xperia Z2 counts with a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
Huawei Mate 30 features a much bigger memory for applications and games than Xperia Z2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. Huawei Mate 30 takes way better photographs and videos than Xperia Z2, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a larger aperture to take better low light captures and videos, a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a way more MP camera in the back.
The Huawei Mate 30 features superior battery lifetime than Xperia Z2, because it has a 31 percent bigger battery size.
