Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a global score of 86.4, which is much better than Xperia Z2's overall score of 72.9. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 has older 10 version while Xperia Z2 has Android 4.4.4. Huawei P40's body is incredibly newer, but just a little bit heavier and a little thicker than the Xperia Z2.
The Huawei P40 counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia Z2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores. Sony Xperia Z2 counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei P40, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen.
Huawei P40 counts with much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Z2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei P40 has a greater camera than Sony Xperia Z2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P40 also has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels, a way bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography.
Huawei P40 counts with longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z2, because it has a 19 percent greater battery size.
