Comparison review
LG Q70 is just a bit better than the Xperia Z2, with a 77.9 score against 72.9. LG Q70's design has the same thickness than the Xperia Z2, but it's heavier. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q70 has the previous 10 version and Xperia Z2 has Android 4.4.4. The Xperia Z2 features a bit faster processor than LG Q70, because although it has less RAM and 4 lesser cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
The Xperia Z2 features a more vivid screen than LG Q70, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher screen density. LG Q70 shoots much better photographs and videos than Xperia Z2, because although it has a smaller sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the LG Q70 also counts with a much higher resolution back camera and a larger aperture for better captures in low light situations.
The LG Q70 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z2, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The LG Q70 counts with greater battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the LG Q70 is also a lot cheaper.
