Comparison review

The Moto Z3 has a general score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than Xperia Z2's general score of 72.9. Moto Z3's construction is much newer, somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xperia Z2. These phones use Android OS, but Moto Z3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z2 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and better performance.

Sony Xperia Z2 features a more vivid display than Moto Z3, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher pixels density. The Moto Z3 has a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z2, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and they are faster).

The Motorola Moto Z3 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Xperia Z2, although it has a way tinier sensor taking way lower quality videos and images, a worse video definition and a back-facing camera with a much lower resolution, they both have the same diafragm aperture. The Moto Z3 features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z2, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage.

Sony Xperia Z2 features a little longer battery performance than Moto Z3, because it has a 7% bigger battery size.

The Moto Z3 is not only the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, making it an obvious call.
