Motorola One Vision is much better than the Xperia Z2, having an 80.7 score against 72.9. The Motorola One Vision is a much newer phone than the Xperia Z2, but it's a bit thicker and just a little heavier. Xperia Z2 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Motorola One Vision, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional GPU.
