Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A71 is way better than the Xperia Z2, getting an 87.5 score against 72.9. The Samsung Galaxy A71 construction is much newer and just a little thinner, but also a little heavier than the Xperia Z2. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A71 has 11 version and Xperia Z2 has Android 4.4.4 version.
Galaxy A71 has a CPU that is just as good as the Xperia Z2 one, because although the Galaxy A71 has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores (although they are slower) and more RAM memory. Xperia Z2 features a better display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The Galaxy A71 has a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z2, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A71 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z2, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a bigger aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited situations, a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a way more MP camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Xperia Z2, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy A71 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making this phone a no doubt choice.
