Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S9 is much better than Sony Xperia Z2, with a general score of 83.3 against 72.9. The Samsung Galaxy S9 body weights the same than Sony Xperia Z2, but it is just a little thicker. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia Z2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and 1 GB more RAM.
Xperia Z2 counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S9, although it has a way lower pixel number per inch of display, a bit smaller screen and a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z2, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 400 GB and 48 GB more internal storage.
The Xperia Z2 has a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a superior camera than Xperia Z2, because although it has a camera with much less megapixels, a worse (4K) video definition and a tinier sensor providing a worse image quality, it also counts with a much larger aperture to capture better photography in poorly lited situations.
