The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z2, getting a general score of 79.8 against 72.9. Sony Xperia XZ Premium's design is a lot newer and a little thinner, but heavier than Sony Xperia Z2. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xperia Z2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a better looking screen than Sony Xperia Z2, because it has a quite bigger screen, a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and way more pixels per inch in the screen. Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z2, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.
