Xiaomi Mi Max has an overall score of 77.5, which is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z2's general score of 72.9. The Xiaomi Mi Max design is a lot newer and a little bit thinner, but heavier than Sony Xperia Z2. Xperia Z2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and 1 GB less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
The Sony Xperia Z2 counts with a better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Sony Xperia Z2 also counts with a little higher count of pixels per inch in the screen.
