The HTC U11 is just a bit better than Xperia Z3 Compact, getting a general score of 77.6 against 70.9. HTC U11's design is noticeably newer and a bit thinner, but also extremely heavier than the Xperia Z3 Compact. The HTC U11 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact have extremely similar CPUs, because although the HTC U11 has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and more cores.
HTC U11 features just a bit better looking display than Xperia Z3 Compact, because it has a much better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a lot greater pixel density and a larger screen. The HTC U11 shoots better pictures and videos than Xperia Z3 Compact, because although it has a way less MP resolution back-facing camera, a worse (4K) video resolution and a tinier sensor which offers a worse image and video quality, it also counts with a larger aperture for better photos in low-light environments.
The HTC U11 features a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports up to 128 GB, the HTC U11 also has 48 GB more internal memory. HTC U11 has just a bit better battery life than Xperia Z3 Compact, because it has a 15 percent more battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the HTC U11 is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
