The Moto Z3 is a little bit better than Xperia Z3 Compact, having a 77.6 score against 70.9. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto Z3 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z3 Compact has Android 4.4, so it gives a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. The Moto Z3 body is much newer and noticeably thinner than Xperia Z3 Compact's, although it is also somewhat heavier.

The Moto Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact have very similar processors, because although the Moto Z3 has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM. The Xperia Z3 Compact has a bit better display than Moto Z3, although it has a lot smaller display, a quite lower screen density and a way worse 1280 x 720px resolution.

The Moto Z3 features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto Z3 has a little longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z3 Compact, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.

Motorola Moto Z3 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia Z3 Compact, although it has a lot lower 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a much tinier back-facing camera sensor and a lower video resolution, they both have a F2 aperture.

Moto Z3 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bargain compared to the other phones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
