The iPhone 6s Plus has a global score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia Z3's global score of 77.3. IPhone 6s Plus counts with iOS 9.x OS, and Sony Xperia Z3 comes with Android 4.4.4 OS. The iPhone 6s Plus body is newer and somewhat thinner than the Sony Xperia Z3's, but it's also somewhat heavier.
The Xperia Z3 has a bit better display than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a little higher pixel amount per screen inch and a little bit more brightness. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, else you can save some dollars and get the Xperia Z3, resigning some features and specifications.
