The LG K61 is slightly better than the Xperia Z3, having a 77.6 score against 77.3. Even though LG K61 is heavier than the Xperia Z3, it's just a little bit thinner and also noticeably newer. Both of these phones include Android OS, but LG K61 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4.
